Faile Backup Exchange 2010

Hi all.

My enviroment:

Windows server 2008 R2

BE 2010 R3 with all available hotfix.

Exchange 2010.

I`m have problem with Backup Exchange 2010 all job fails with error :

Final error: 0xe00002f7 - Cannot extract mailbox messages from the Exchange backup

Also in the job log :

Backup- \\Echange server\Microsoft Information Store\mail box mb1
V-79-57344-759 - Unable to complete the operation for the selected resource using the specified options for the following reason: VFF Open Failure. This can be caused by low memory or disk resources

But I`m already install all hotfix. and it`s no help me and this 5204 Hotfix 164659.

How solve this problem ?

We dont have any anti virus on the exchange server.

Remove & reinstall the Exchange license key...Re-boot the media server..

Also, re-install the agent on the Exchange server, reboot the Exchange server & reattempt the backup...

i`m will try it. but no sure that re install license key  will help this

you advice temporary help and we have 3 succesfull backup job. but now again job fail with the same error.

apply the BE2010 R3 SP2 Hotfix and try again
