Failed Final error: 0xe0000388 - Exchange 2016

I am having trouble making restores of single items from a mailbox or a full restore. I get the error 

I have tried to follow all the guides regarding permissions. Are there something im Missing. Im running Exchange 2016 in a DAG setup?

Have you patched the media server to 20.6 and updated the remote agents to 20.6 on all the Exchange servers?  There is a fix for this type of error in 20.6.
