Failed Test Run symantec 11d

After restarting our server on Friday I am unable to get our backup to successfully run.  The job keeps failing during the test run, specifically the media capacity check and the media check.  We are running a win2k3 server with the symantec backup exec 11d.

Media check errors are "insufficient online or nearline media is available to start job"

There is no media online or nearline that can be overwritten or the job has been marked append/terminate"

any help is appreciated!

I'm assuming you have more then enough media available for the job?  I would go ahead with running the job, from my experience the test runs are wrong a lot of the time
