Failed to access Microsoft Exchange Mailboxes

Hi,
 
I have this serious problem.I cannot backup my individual mailboxes or messages.I want this option so that i can restore individual messages and not only the backup of information store.
 
As soon as i select the Microsoft exchange mailboxes in the selection list of my mail server i get the following message:
 
Failed to access Microsoft Exchange Mailboxes.
Logon account: System Logon Account
Access is denied.
 
The account is the administrator of the  network .It has rights of domain admins/ enterprise admin and exchange admin as well.I dont think rights is an issue.But i am getting access denied message.

If you logon to the media server as the BackupExec service account and open Outlook, can you connect to and open other mailboxes?

Legacy mailbox backups are VERY slow, in the < 100MB/min range  I'd suggest using GRT enabled Stores Backups instead   See http://seer.entsupport.symantec.com/docs/285753.htm   adn the Admin Guide for details
