Hey Guys,

Have Backup Exec 2012 installed, with SP1a, and all latest Hotfixes 180964, 189571 installed (which is meant to address the issue below), but i'm still getting it for one AVVI VM backup (with GRT).

Backup- VMVCB::\\192.168.91.50\VCGuestVm\(DC)CLIENT(DC)\vm\Virtual Machines\DC1
V-79-57344-38721 - Failed to mount one or more virtual disk images:

Transport mode 'san' was used for the disk 'DC1.vmdk'

The RAWS agent is installed and up to date with BE version.

Any idea's on how to get this VM to backup correctly using GRT. The actual VMDK backs up no probelm, just no GRT.

Backed up 0 files in 0 directories.
Backed up 1 virtual machines
Backed up 1 virtual machine disks
Processed 5,582,513,528 bytes in 2 minutes and 38 seconds.

Also check that your VM is not using RDM, independent disks or dynamic disks.  GPT disks are also not supported for GRT.
