Failed to start Backup Exec 11d : Internal error (-536837662) occurred in object 11

Hi all support, I'm just installed Backup Exec 11d and the Backup Exec Server Service failed to start.
The system is running SAP with SQL Server 2005, the installation is completed but the service is failed to start, the event log shows " The Backup Exec Server Service did not start. An internal error (-536837662) occurred in object 11"
Some of found is : The collation of SQL 2005 is set to SQL_Latin1_General_CP850_BIN2, when the collation is set to case sensitive, everything start successfully, however SAP required the instance set to CP850_BIN2
Dear support, is there any restriction of collation of SQL 2005 which related to failure of Backup Exec, is there any document saying about this? thank you very much

Thank you very much, I've tried it but BE still failed to start, I've tried almost all the solutions posted in symantec forum which related to this error message but still failed, is there any specific setting for the combination of SAP, SQL 2005, Windows 2003 and BE 11d, for example the SQL Server collation... etc
I captured the sgmon log and attached as follow, please help
