Hi everybody,
Recently the backup jobs failed to complete. The weird is that the backup of whole system and data it finished ok, but when it comes to second part, to verify the backup,
The tape ejected instead to process verification of the data.
The option to eject the tape after the job is complete is disabled (unchecked).
But when I return back the tape to the drive it s finished with the error message:
Job completion status
“Completed status: canceled
The job was canceled by user System.”
Errors
Verify- shadow?Copy?Components Shadow?Copy?Components
Media mount failed.
User canceled a Physical Volume Library operation.
I have Dell Power Edge, Win 2003 server standard, Dell Power Vault 100T DAT72, Backup exec 10.0.s
I’ve cleaned the tape drive before backup.
What’s wrong????????
