We are installing ralus for the first time. The installation went OK on all clients. Several of the clients responded with the message that port 10000 was being listened to already. When we attempt to browse the file systems from the media server we get the error message "An error was encountered while attempting to browse the contents of etow-mda. The function is not implemented." beremote is up and active on the client. An other system with a similar install but without activity on port 10000 works fine. This appears to be related to the listening activity on that port but it isn't actively in use.
Has anyone else experienced this and any suggestions for a workaround? Can the port be changed? I can't find any supporting documentation that says it can.
