Fatal error while installing Backupexe agent 2012

Hello All,

Good morning.

I am installing backup agent on three servers from Backup exe 2012. on Two servers installation was success full. On one server i am getting fatal error.

Error "FATAL ERROR: Error 1935. An error occured during the installation of assembly 'Microsoft.VC80.CRT, version=8.0.50727.6229" ,publickeytoken='1fc8b3b9a1e18e3b", processor Architecture="amd64,type="win32",. Please refer to help and support for more information.

Hi,

Check the TN below...it is for BE 2010 but the solution should still be valid for BE 2012.

Thanks for your feedback.

I have increased the Drive space and i have not restarted the system.

After restarting the server its installed.
