Hello to everybody,

I have recently purshased BE 20.1. Initially i installed free version of BE to test it, and last friday i purchased license and installed it and from then BE is crashing. Also,  I can see in logs that BE crashes everytime when i restart BE server service, but it somehow starts fine after crash. Problem is that when job starts it works fine for about few hours and then it freezes and service stops.

Here are errors from evet logs:

I have found solution.

Before license, BE didn't checked for updates. After i installed license, it started to check for updates and Win SRV 2016 UAC crashed BE server service.

You must turn off UAC via registry by changing the DWORD “EnableLUA” from 1 to 0 in “HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\policies\system”, and doing system reboot.
