Feature request for encrypted backups - "Hardware [if available, otherwise none]"

Currently the options for encryption include:

Software

Hardware

Hardware [if available, otherwise software]

It would be GREAT if we could also have:

Hardware [if available, otherwise none]

The reason is that we only want to encrypt ALL backups that run to tape, but we do not want to encrypt backups that run to disk.  If I set my default backup option to "Hardware" then when running jobs to disk they will fail.  I'd like to be able to have the default setting "Hardware [if available, otherwise none]" which will allow me to ensure that every tape job gets encrypted but that disk jobs will not encrypt.

You should post this in the Ideas section.

Instead of another entry you can just select the required during the creation of the job.

So if you target the job to Disk then do not select any encryption. And if the job goes to tapes then select the hardware encrytion. This will be much better option than setting up a Global entry.

This is just my suggestion. Your IDEAS are always welcomed.
