Fedora Release 8 - Linux Remote agents - Trust relationship cannot be established

Recently installed BE 2010 R3 on a Windows 2008 R2 server. Installed RALUS on existing Linux systems (ranging from RHUL / CentOS / Fedora) and I having issues with the Fedora systems. Has anyone had these problems and how did you resolve it? Symantec support stated that all they can do is "Best effort" support and that's it.

Any assistance would be appreciated.

Fedora and CentOS are unsupported variants of Linux.  See the SCL below.

That is why Symantec Support said that support is on a best effort basis.

Since yours is an unsupported configuration, do your own thorough testing of your backups to make sure that they can restore your system.  You would not be able to get help from Symantec if anything goes wrong with your backup.
