Final error: 0xe00084b7 - A backup set was created which contains no data.

I'm experiencing a problem with backup of lotus domino databases. Backup Exec 10d , version 10.1 Rev 5629

Service Pack 3  & Hotfix 49 Applied.

It was running well, but today, i saw an empty set error , and now I'm not able to browse domino databases in backup exec. I can see them as normal files in backup window, but in lotus domino databases section, its empty.

Any ideas ?

Solution :

Disable and re-enable the change journal from registry

HKLM\software\VERITAS\Backup Exec\Engine\domino – Enable Change Journal.

By default this key is enabled (value set to 1). Set it to 0 and then recycle the services and again set it to 1 and recycle the services.
