The easiest way to establish trust is to push out the remote agent again to the remote server.  Otherwise, go to the remote server, open the remote agent utility and make sure that it is publishing correctly to the media server.

In addition to the above suggestion of pushing the remote agent, the other option is to add the server under user-defined selections & then right-click & choose "Establish Trust Relationship".

And do ensure Backup Exec is fully patched with all updates.
