When will Backup Exec provide native support for Amazon Glacier so that I don't have to manually hack together a solution using Amazon's storage gateway?
Amazon Glacier has been available since 2012 .... seven years ago .... and Backup Exec STILL does not provide native backup and restore integration with it?

I should not have to fool around with an API command line to request media restore data. This should be a fully automatic process done by Backup Exec as part of a restore job.
Backup Exec should additionally include a restore status indicator for "waiting for 5-12 hour slow retrieval from Glacier".
