Full Backup was successful but upon checking on that backup, there was no files in it.

We have just accomplished a successful full back-up on tape this week, but upon checking on the backup, no files were recorded on the tape. Please kindly help us regarding this problem. Thanks.

You have virtually no chance of getting an answer since you have given virtually no information to go on: Server config, hardware config, job config in detail, etc.

Please read your post and realize how vague it is. It is like saying my computer crashed, please tell me what is wrong.
