Full SQL backups in Differential jobs - Backup Exec 2012

Is it possible to backup a SQL instance in full mode when running a differential job in Backup Exec 2012?  It used to be very easy to do so, but I do not see that option under the new GUI.

No. This is not possible. In any case you should not be backing up your SQL databases together with your files because you should not turn on AOF when you are backing up SQL databases and you need AOF on when you back up files
