After each weekly Full Backups, the jobs are not being listed in Restore. The differentials are listed but not the full jobs. Full backups on other systems are okay, just this one system seems to be a problem. We have already attempted to redo the Full Backup jobs but problem still persists. Also attempted to create new Full Backup jobs but problem still persists.
Does anyone have any ideas as to why it would not list?
Thank you!

Do the full and INCR use the same media set?
What is the OPP for the media set the FULL uses?

The Full and the Diff are using the same media set.
The OPP for the media set used is 6 weeks.

I was thinking that may be the first INCR was overwritting the FULL, but that shouldn't happen with a 6 seek OPP
If ytuo check the catalog the night after the FULL is supposed to run, does the catalog exist then?

Hmmm
Sounds as if that Full doesn't run at all. Does the job log indicate a successful completion

The full backup jobs seems to run on schedule and completes the backup. It shows how much data was backed up.
When this first started happening, we had a backup job that backed up two shared directories. When a request to restore a file was made, one of my guys attempted to restore the file but when he went through the restore process, the full backup job was not listed under "All Resources" when drilling down to the location of the file(s).
Since then, he put the original backup job on hold and created two entirely new backup jobs, each one for the two shared directories- X and Y jobs. When both run on schedule and completes, they are both listed in the job history but only one is listed in Restore. The other one is not listed at all. We are preplexed to why this happened all of a sudden.
