GRT Exception on Hyper-V

Hi all,

I'm having an unusual situation during backup of Hyper-V VMs. All jobs are showing this exception below.

I've read this article ( http://www.symantec.com/business/support/index?page=content&id=TECH164190 ), but it makes reference to AVVI.

I would like to know if this situation is occurring on Hyper-V agent or have something to do to solve this exception.

I've read, but the information is about BE 12.5 and make reference to the Agent for Microsoft Virtual Server (AMVS) and Agent for VMware Virtual Infrastructure (AVVI).

Can I consider that the Agent for Microsoft Hyper-V have the same situation?

I just wanna know if this error with Agent for Microsoft Hyper-V is a known situation or have a solution.

Yes, you are right, this is a known issue with Hyper-V agent & that KB article provided the detailed info affecting both Hyper-V & VMware environments
