Getting error, that device can't be found

I am using BackupExec 11d with the latest Updates.

I try to backup up my whole server (Exchange, Share Point, etc...)

The backup progress tells me, that he is doing the shadow copies & about 30 seconds later, I get an error with the following statement:

Resource Error
Error: e000fe1f - Device can't be found.More Information can be found under V-79-57344-65055

But the problem is, that the V-79-... Number has no entry

Does this always happen on the shadow copy backup or does it happen with other pieces as well?  If possible, can you run a backup of just shadow copy to see if it does this?

Also this is backing up an SBS server or are you backing up multiple servers?

This problem seems to occur only with shadow copy.

This is the only server, which will be backed up.
