Good Day Everyone;
Just bought a HP MLS 2024 SAS tape Libary with one Drive.
Backup exec will detect the Tape drive but not the Libary.
So Far I have:
Tested the unit with HP's Libary and Tape Tools V 4.7 - All Passed.
Updated to most recent Firmware> 4.40
Installed the latest SP for Backup Exec:
be7170RSP4_32bit_317520.exe
Hot fix for Tape Libary.
be7170RHF37_32bit_300325.exe
Still does not detect the Libary...
Any Ideas?
