HP Ultrium 6-SCSI (no media)

Doing a fresh install of Backup Exec 16 with a HP MSL 2024.  Driver sees it as HP Ultrium 6-SCSI.  I've run inventory and still says no media in storage.  There obviously is no tapeinst.exe or other utility.  Any thoughts?

Does Backup Exec see the drive and the slots or ONLY the drive - basically if only seeing the drive then the inventory wil show nothing as you have to inventory the slots, and if you cannot see the slots then you may have a connection issue between library and server where only the drive has been correctly connected and not the library arm controller.

Are you using SAS or FC?

Do you see both the medium changer and the tape drive in Windows Device Manager?
