Have Symantec BE 11d, purchased Exchange & Remote Agent & got V12.5 - How to use with ver 11d

I have BE 11d and purchased a remote sever agent and exchange agent presuming I would get a v11d version. I received a 12.5 version. Can this be used with v11d?

 Talk to the licensing group to get this squared away, and your license downgraded.

Down the road when you upgrade to 12.5 (which you should do), contact them again, to bring it back to 12.5
