Haven't used BE for awhile

Hi all.  I'm just taking over a backup environment running BE 2010R3.  I'm trying to backup FSMO role holders in the domain.  I have installed the remote agents to the DC's but when I add them to the selection, I'm not seeing the System State selection listed...it's only showing shares on the box....am I missing something?

1) Is your BESA a domain admin account?

2) Go to the problem server, open up the BE remote agent utility and check whether it is publishing to the media server.

Thanks pkh.  I remoted to the problem server...issue was the agent service was not started for some reason.  Started it up and it checked in...system state is now selectable.  Thanks again for the prompt response.  Cheers.
