Help backing up linux server

Greetings,
Situation is this:
Win 2000 Server resides in domain.
Linux Server resides in work group.
Was previously working, then moved Win 2000 server to new domain, now cannot push remote agent to linux server because i cant see the linux server when going through the veritas wizard.
Using Veritas Back Up Exec 10 for Windows Server with remote agent for Linux.

Hello Eric:
Try the following Steps:
- Check if the NDMP Port 10000 is open on both the sides or is being used by BERemote.

- Make Host File entries on both the Servers name and IP Addresses on each other.

Please give us an Update.
