We have just bought a iomega ix2 4T cloud edition to start backing up full month data sets.
We are runing BE 10d in Win server 2003.
How do i proceed as the back up to disk folder keep giving me file path not found while it sees the drive attached on our network.
Please a tutorial will be most apprciated for a non profit org.

1) Use a UNC path to the disk
2) add the BE logon id to the disk with full read/write capabilities.
I hope you realise that your version of BE is very old and does not support the disk.

Use the Backup 2 Disk test tool to test if Backup Exec will work fine with your backup 2 disk device:
