Hey Symantec - Sort order of threads is screwy today

The threads in this forum are no longer sorting with most recently updated thread first.

I don't know what order is being used, new and old threads are mixed together

This is true in ALL of the forums. I think it may be due to overhauling their web pages. It seems that the replication is either way slow or a little bit off.

Here is a letter we got concerning elicencing but hey maybe it's true for the forums as well.

As part of the initiative to upgrade and enhance our application infrastructure, we will need to take down certain enterprise applications. The scheduled downtime is set to begin on June 2 and last until June 8. This downtime will be used to conduct a series of master data conversions which are prerequisite activities for the system upgrade that will be implemented in November. During this time, the Enterprise Flexible web site will be unavailable.

BTW: Congrats on your recent promotion to expert!

Thanks :)

When I posted this yesterday morning the v8, v9.0 and v9.1 forums (fora?) were all still OK

This morning the v9.1 and v9.0 are also screwed up, (but the v8.x has so little activity that it is hard to tell if it also is affected)

But I did notice the no one from Veritas/Symantec bothered to answer my post.

I imagine they are very busy. At least they do monitor the BE forums. I wish they would monitor the NetBackup Enterprise Server, forum...where I live.

Shilpa,

the "Provide Feedback and Suggestions" forum...
Is that a moderated forum?
Do you know who monitors it?
I don't think it is monitored.
If I am wrong then please tell me when it is monitored.

Please check my post from sep 2005 that was never answered.

There is a thread in the "suggestions and feedback" that should be moved to a BackupExec forum as it has never been answered by symantec employees nor has it been moved to where it belongs by symantec employees.
