How can I extend my 2014 Backup exec trial?

My 2014 backup exec trial expired before I got to test it.

Is there a way to temporarily extend it?

If you have not already extended it then we usually allow one trial period extension - however you have to speak to our sales/pre-sales team (via the CustomerCare team)  to get this ability as technical support can't issue the extension utility.

They supposedly gave me a file to extend it but they attached a .html file not a zip or slf file.

I am lost.
