How can I hide the Backup Exec Remote Agent from the System Tray?

Hi,

I'm running v11 and am looking to hide the Remote Agent from the System Tray.  Preferably I'd like to do this for non-administrators but I'll take whatever I can get.  We run a large Terminal Server environment and I would rather my users not have any interaction with the backup processes, agent, agent's tools or anything else.

Thanks,

For future reference:

If you're experiencing the issue where the tray icon is appearing for each user logged into the Terminal Server and you'd like to remove it, check the registry values at: "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run" for the entry "Veritas System Recovery 16"="\"C:\\Program Files\\Veritas\\Veritas System Recovery\\Agent\\VProTray.exe\"". Removing this entry will prevent the Tray Application being loaded for future logins.

Take care when modifying the registry.
