How do I set up for manual tape rotation?

I'm setting up BESW-SBS 9.1 for the first time and want to set up tapes for manual rotation: that is, I just want the software to perform a full backup onto a tape every week night. The tapes will get rotated on and offsite as necessary, so tape management isn't needed- just scheduling of the job. All data fits on a single tape.
How do I set that up? I tried setting overwrite limits to 1 hour, but it still is asking for a particular tape name and I have no idea which physical tape that correlates to.

I believe I have this set up properly now. I had to go in and reset the Media Set properties to make the Overwrite period 0 hours. It seems to be working now.
