How to change the selection list associated with a policy

Hi,

We are using Backup exec 10.0.5520 installed on Windows 2000 SP4 Server. Now some of the servers are upgraded to Windows 2003 and some of them are even on new machines with different name and IP. We are taking the backup using B2D - B2D2Tape policy.

How can I change the selection list associated with a Policy? Can I just select the selection list from 'Job Setup' and then edit it accordingly even with different machines?..I already tried it successfully for 2 of our new Servers, but their IP and machine name was same as the old machines. Can I do the same with a new server with different name and IP?

Can I do the same with a new server with different name and IP?
-can you see those servers for further selection in selection list ?
-is Remote agent installed and running on them ?
