How to create a .DR file manually and update it

HI Iam usina Backup Exec 2010 R3 Is there a way i can manually create a DR file , if so how do i do it

Its easier with the automated process wherein the .DR file gets created once a complete full backup is run & BE automatically updates the file when subsequent backups are run

I don't think there is an actual manual process for the creation of this .DR file...its similar to the fact, that you cannot manually create an image of your system
