How to do a monthly full backup and overwrite each time?

Everytime I do a manual run (to test it), it appends to it. I can't figure out how to change this. The destination options are set to overwrite, but the Media Set says Keep Data Infinitely - Do not allow overwrite. I don't see an option to change this. I'm doing a Backup-to-disk.

Backup Exec 12.5
Windows Server 2008

From Tools\Options\Media Management make sure the Global Overwrite is either FULL or PARTIAL

Job definition should be OVERWRITE

Media Set OPP should be "27 Days",  APP should be "0 - Never Append"
