How to do simple copy of files across net to another pc?

hello
new to be10 - i used arcserve/brightstor
with arcserve i was able to schedule simple copy jobs across the network to another pc. How do you do that in be10? or, what's the easiest alternative?

- For copy jobs on Network, you first need to create a backup to disk folder on the remote computer

- Then you can use the option to duplicate the job in the job setup to duplicate the jobs
