hi,
Currently i'm successfully to do deduplication backup to local disk.
Could anyone tell me how do I backup this deduplication backup data from local disk to tape?
And how to restore back from tape?
Many thanks.

You have to create a duplicate job for doing so. Select the source backup sets and select the tape device as destiation. Dedup data will be rehydrated while writing to tape. Restoration from tape will be same as restoring normal data from tape. No need to copy back to dedup folder.

If you want to duplicate your backups on a regular basis, it would be better to use a policy with a duplicate template. See this document
