How to migrate Backup Exec

Hello everyone
I want to reinstall the operating system on the Backup Exec server. Current Version BE: BE 2014 V 14.1 Rev. 1786 (64-bit)
I found an article https://support.symantec.com/en_US/article.TECH67768.html

What steps should I do when reinstalling Operation system and BE.

On condition that:

Will change operating system to Windows 2008 R2 (the current operating system windows Storage Server 2003 SP2 (64-bit) )

Server name will remain the same

Data disks (Storage BE) remain on the same server (same drives)

It will be formatted only C: drive 

BE installed on drive C:

1. Stop all BE services and make a copy the Data and Catalog directories under the BE installation directory 2. Upgrade your OS and reinstall BE. 3. Stop all the BE services 4. Replace the Date and Catalog directories with your old copies 5. Restart all the BE services
