How to move the Data folder to other location

i want to move the c:\program\veritas\backup exec\nt\data foldet to other location,because my harddisk haven't enough space

You are better off moving the \Catalogs folder.

From Tools\Options\Catalog speficy the new location
Shut down all BackupExec services
move the entire \catalogs folder to the new location
restart the services

Hello,
as Ken has suggested, we do not support and recommend moving DATA to a different Drive. You can however move the Catalogs to a different drive. Please check the following Document for that:

A second Option could be uninstalling the Product and reinstalling it on a different drive.
