How to remove Entitlements IDs from Backup Exec 16

Hi,

I am trying to remove Entitlment IDs from my Backup Exec 16 Server, Firstly it gets removed and dont show up in list but when it get refresh pops up again in the entitlements Ids Please let me know how can i remove the license or Entitlement Ids from my Backup exec 16 Server?
