How to resolve Backup Exec no VSR log file found

Hi, I am getting an error the "Database Script returned an error" even when DB team has done all settings. I checked in the log file inside the path = Program Files\Symantec\Backup Exec\RAWS\Logs //Filename = <Server Name>-BEREMOTExx.LOG on the agent and Found out it was saying No VSR Log file found. 
So can anybody tell me how to solve this error??

Use the BEUtility and repair the BEDB,

Will doing that solve the problem? And also, can you guide me about Vffinstall log file it kept increasing on the server, so I deleted it. What would be the reason of that?
