Hi all,

OS ver :2k12r2
Exchange ver :2k16
Backup Exec ver :15
I installed Microsoft Outlook 2013 (32-bit) on the symantec server and  I'm trying to restore mailbox to PST in  one of the partitions symantec server (different location mode)
but I get the error:
Final error: 0xe00003c4 - To redirect Exchange mailboxes to PST files, you must install Outlook 2003, 2007 or 2010 and the Backup Exec Agent for Windows on the server to which you want to redirect the restore. Outlook 2010 requires the default 32-bit installation.
Final error category: Resource Errors

Isn't the error self explanatory? - one of the requirements to redirect to PST is to install a supported version of Outlook on a system that runs our remote agent services (which the BE server itself does). Outlook 2013 is likely to be the issue here.

I installed Outlook2010 instead outlook2013 and it worked.
