How to take the backup of exchange and file server running on Citrix VM

Hi All,

i am new to backup,i have to take backup of 4 resource,

1 exchange and filserver on citrix xen server

2 Ad and sql is on physial machine

citrix is not supported as vmware and hyper v so how we can take the backup pf this

You have to buy a RAWS licence and install it on the media server.  You then install the RAWS in that VM and then back it up as if it is a physical machine.

If you want to backup the SQL, then you need to buy an Agent for Applications and Databases licence.

If you want to restore individual AD objects, then you need to buy an Agent for Applications and Databases licence. Otherwise, you do not need any further licences to backup AD, just back up the system state of the VM and you would have backed up AD.
