How update to SP1 Backup exec 2014

We tried to update SP1 Backup EXEC 2014

We do not have access to intener from computer where it was installed Backup EXEC 2014

We downloaded the software

What are the steps for offline installation?

That executable should use cd?

Unzip the downloaded file on the local drive of the BE media server and run the executable.

Once the BE media server is successfully updated push install updates on the remote agents too.

Also read the release notes of BE2014 SP1.

We executed the Browser.exe file and followed the steps and the process ends

But it is NOT updated version

In BE console, click on BE icon (home button) -> Installation and Licnesing -> Installed updates.

Do you see SP1 in the installed updates?

EDIT:

When you extract the SP1 installable you will see only 1 file as listed below.

Browser.exe file is part of entire BE2014 installable. Make sure you have downloaded SP1 through

I'm sorry but we do not see that file in the download 

We use the link to download http://fileconnect.symantec.com. The Backup Exec 2014 SP1

after putting our serial number

Scroll down to the "Attachments" section and the .zip files are the SP1 installer.

Fileconnect does not contain SP1 on its own. It's slipstreamed with BE 2014 installer typically used for either new or upgrade of BE itself.

It seems you are downloading SP1 embeded BE2014. 

If you have already installed BE2014 I would suggest you to try downloading just SP1.

We had downloaded the full product inluido SP1. 

Using only downloading SP1 runs smoothly
