Hyper-v backup, taking backup of the vhdx files

Hi

I am experiencing some problems with the backup of a hyper-v host, the problem is that i take backup of the folder with the vhdx files and it goes through like it suppoes to, but when i want to restore som vhdx disks they are missing from the restore pane 

The two pictures below show the same folder in backup and restore pane

this is the selection in rstore and as it shows there is no vhdx files available

You can only backup VHD and VHDX files when you are using the Hyper-V Agent. Ordinary backups will skip these files

I believe, the live VHD / VHDX files are not getting backed up due to a feature called as Active File Exclusion.

Hyper-V VMs should be ideally backed up by selecting the Microsoft Hyper-V option in the backup selections window.
