I can't restore individual mailbox backup exec 2010R2  on windows server 2008R2 with exchnge 2010

i got this

Errors

Restore- \\server\Microsoft Information Store\Recovery server
V-79-57344-65280 - Unable to restore the selected Microsoft Exchange databases because one or more of the storage group's databases are mounted. Use the Exchange System Manager to dismount all the databases for the storage group 'Recovery', and then retry the job. V-79-57344-65217 - An error occurred while completing the operation on \\server\Microsoft Information Store\Recovery A failure occurred performing the post-restore operation.

BE 2010 R3 also fixed a number of issues with the previous 2 versions of BE 2010 so upgrade to that if you can't upgrade to BE 15.
