I do restorge job to new server

  When i restorge job complete that don't have any thing  in storage....   ,  Cannot create new ,   How to slove this problem

I try to change name cannot i think storage can see drive but not visiable

Try adding the storage as a Legacy B2D Folder.

Solution  i do rename Bedata folder in each Drive  and  Stop Start Serive is Backup Exec and SQL

My Step

In Drive have BEData folder

i stop all service BE and SQL service and then start all service BE and SQL.

Open BE see the Storage tap not visible drive.

i try to rename BEdata folder to another name

i stop all service BE and SQL service and then start all service BE and SQL.

Open BE see the Storage tap  visible drive. And in drive create BEdata folder Automatic

i do tranfer backup file to BEData.....

but now when i restart service storage is not visible.

Somejob is show error in incremental job

"the selected server is not a valid managed Backup Exec server.The job may be retargeted"

make sure you have installed all the Backup Exec hotfixes and patches from Live Updates and then that the remote servers have had the remote agent updated.

...I think that means it is shared. But there is no icon glossary for BE 2012 yet, in spite of this being an Idea for over 2 years...
