I would like to say something positive about 11d. Although there have been a few bugs to iron out, I really appreciate some of the new features of 11d. More importantly, upgrading to 11d has resolved almost all of the problems that had been plaguing us consistently for months. (One example: previously we'd have to split up one of our jobs into four separate jobs, or the backup would always fail. Now, the single job completes successfully every time.) Symantec would insist they were hardware problems, but our hardware vendor would insist it was software. Well, it turned out to be the software. Our backups are really solid now. That is a huge relief for us.
