Current Setup   : Server 20003 Standard 32 BIT

Hostname           : ABC

Backup Exec       : 12.0

New One would be like:

OS                          : 2008 Standard 32 BIT

Backup Exec       : 2010

Hostname           : DEF

Hi,

I'd recommend upgrading to BE 2010 R3 with all patches on your current server first. Stop the BE services and grab copies of the Data/Catalogs folders before doing the upgrade. It's going to make life a lot easier when transferring this all across to the new server.
