IBM LTO3 3581-F3H =unknown mediachanger

Hello,
not a real problem but not nice:
under Windows2003 Server the IBM LTO3 3581-F3H cannot be used with its own drivers and with veritas drivers, too.
I can only get the streamingdevice to 3580-TD3 with veritas driver v. 5.1. working when using the Microsoft driver v. 5.2.3790.0 for the robotic. This leaves an entry "unknown mediachanger" in device manager.
changing to any other (IBM or veritas) driver makes the device appear with its real name under device manager but unusable with backupexec. (Either the device is permanently marked offline or alternately online / offline every second)
Is there a known stable driver for the fiberchannel tapelibrary?

Thanks,
Chris

PS: Of course the own windows "changer service" is disabled!
