IDR Image creation error with SBS20003

Hi,

We have a compaq proliant with DAT 40 GB, CD-RW ide connection from LG, 3 HD´s H.S. SCSI using RAID-5 and one H.Spare in case ...
We install Veritas 9.1 Software and all is okey, until we try to use create one IDR CD-ROM .
We start wizard and when program requests CD of Operating System we load 1 st. of SBS 2003 CD and after confirm insertion (ok), we have the following message:

"Image creation from this cd not supported"

We try changing language, zones and etc. but result is allway´s this message.

Read about compressed versions of operating systems, Data Center W2k and so on, our system is SBS Premium 2003 in portuguese and we get english version 9.1 of BackupExec., can anybody help on it ?

Are you performing CD based IDR or floppy based? Floppy based IDR on Windows 2003 operating systems is not supported.


The problem mentioned by you,"image creation from this CD not supported" usually occurs if CD other than the original provided by Microsoft is used to create the image (or any CD with a non-ISO 9660 format or MSDN CD ).
