I'm attempting to restore a DC using the IDR. I'm currently using a Full Copy backup to Disk of C:, System State and Shadow Copy components. I've created the boot disk, doing an automated restore. The restore runs great, the C: and Shadow Copy components restore fine but it skips the System State and returns the following error "Error loading the system hive of the restored system. Error Code 0x2" Has anyone run into this, I've seen a couple of threads but haven't seen an advice from Symantec? I saw some threads on the 10x forum relating to compression??
I'm restoring to similar hardware, HP DL360 G4.
